Designed to function somewhat like a dating website, The Next Employee matches employee with employer in a simple and elegant way. We’ve turned the tables somewhat so that job seekers can show off their skills and experience and articulate their desired positions as well. It’s not enough anymore for an employer to post a job ad and have job seekers approach them. By giving job seekers the opportunity to market themselves, the candidate pool from which to choose is bigger, more positive and more proactive. The Next Employee’s mission is to provide a platform for each side of the equation to find exactly what they’re looking for, with the ability for each to cherry-pick their preferences.
