As part of the Dream Team at American Dream Homes, we work with buyers to show them properties; upon choosing a property, we work with them on an offer to sellers for consideration and act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other, and at times both. Our team compares a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price and advises clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. We are passionate about promoting sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. The Dream Team loves to work with first-time home buyers and is uniquely specialized in working with military families, helping navigate the VA loan home buying process.
