More than half of working women quit after having children. Less than 27% remain and advance in their careers, but all the while carrying an enormous mental load. Founded on the basis of respectful parenting, we understand that parents, especially mothers, are overwhelmed with demanding lives and conflicting information. We believe a happy mother is crucial to the optimal development of infants and young children. We offer support to caregivers and mothers in the form of support groups, in-house return to office programs, training caregivers and early childhood educators, webinars and parent coaching, and pre-school and after school programs. In a nutshell, we help parents navigate parenting along with demanding lives and careers.
