A new ADR and meeting space in the heart of the city. The Olive Rooms is home to two of Australia’s best regarded mediators in Tony Tesoriero and Peter Banki. Tony Tesoriero has extensive experience in conducting mediations in all areas of federal jurisdiction (except family law) for over 25 years. Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW on 5 July 1985, Tony is a nationally accredited mediator by the Law Society of NSW under National Mediator Accreditation Standards. Peter Banki is considered one of the preeminent intellectual property lawyers in the country. He has experience of Australian and international committees on the practice and reform of the copyright law. Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW on 12 December 1983, Peter became a mediator in 2019 and is nationally accredited by the Law Society of NSW.
