Learn through a curriculum that develops and/or enhances cognitive leadership management skills through: • Management Styles, Virtual Leadership, Communication Skills, Mental Models, Emotional Intelligence, Human Capital Management and Operating Budgets, and more. • Study options available providing flexibility to fit your learning & development around your existing work and life commitments. • Simulate professional work environments by participating in real-world scenario examples that will increase your insight and leadership skill level • Receive a Leadership Certificate upon successful completion of all required coursework • Receive a Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion of required coursework & coaching sessions (full session course only) • Benefit from coaching to help you launch or advance your career.
