The Open Management Academy

Our mission: to advance Open Management within organisations globally. Organisations across the globe are demonstrating greater productivity, morale, and morality, through Open ways of working and managing: inclusive, collaborative, innovative, and transparent. You can see this in movements such as Business Agility, Industry 5.0, ESG, and Humanocracy. The key to these better ways of working is management. We call it Open Management. The Open Management Academy is a community body owned by a private company (Two Hills Ltd trading as Teal Unicorn), advised by a board. It provides content for the public, and materials, syllabus, and accreditation for training providers and trainees, in the field of Open Management.
