The Original Black Garlic
We are the original creators of black garlic – carefully ageing white garlic bulbs into a rich, sweet, umami-packed ingredient loved by chefs, food brands and home cooks alike. From Michelin-starred kitchens to supermarket shelves, our award-winning paste, peeled cloves and whole bulbs bring natural sweetness with notes of fig, molasses and caramel. Our mission is simple: to make it easy for everyone to enjoy extraordinary flavour and health benefits from one small ingredient.
