Founded in 1976, The Orosco Group is a privately held real estate investment, development and management firm that is committed to building commercial and residential projects of unrivaled quality. Headquartered on California’s Central Coast, The Orosco Group is a full service real estate development firm, offering in-house acquisitions, entitlements, architecture, construction, property management, underwriting, leasing, and asset management capabilities that are second to none. The Orosco Group’s goal is to achieve the highest and best use of each project site in order to maximize value for land owners, tenants, municipalities and community members alike. We do so through an acute focus on risk management, political sensitivity, and community engagement. The Orosco Group’s performance record is largely attributable to the hands-on involvement of the company’s seasoned principals, as well as our practice of hiring best-in-class team members from each practice who routinely demonstrate creativity, perseverance, and integrity in their problem solving skills and personal lives. During the last four decades, The Orosco Group has constructed and/or repositioned over $1Billion in retail development, office, multi-family, and light industrial projects. Roughly half of this volume has been completed during the past 10 years, with over 40 active projects now in various stages of development. Our projects have earned such honors as “Best New Office Building” from the City of Monterey and the “State’s Best Redevelopment Project” from the California League of Cities.
