The Other View
The originality of The Other View project is that it promotes group dynamics and works to change the way individuals look at others, their projects and themselves. The objective of this project is to allow individuals to glimpse situations in which the gaze of others can be an asset to allow everyone to explore their deepest aspirations, to gain perspective on their projects, to build a network of supportive relationships, and thus to create adequacy between their daily lives and their ideal future. The Other View offers interventions and individual coaching to all types of establishments concerned with increasing cohesion and fulfillment within their teams.
