Originally founded in we are the leading company in developing and distributing high-quality software systems, for accommodation management in the public sector. We currently work with over 90 universities and colleges all over the UK and Ireland. Among our customers are notable institutions like Oxford University and London School of Economics. Pad Group’s overall aim is to facilitate communication between your institution’s accommodation office, landlords in your region, as well as students. By providing a modern and easy-to-use online platform, we can advance the whole letting process: From the first listing of a property to the conclusion of a contract. We offer a bespoke solution for all the needs and requirements for any accommodation service. The Pad Group thus developed three distinct, yet easily combinable products: Studentpad, Hallpad and Studentlandlord; each of our systems were designed to optimize complex tasks and processes in letting student housing. The Pad Group endeavours to provide comprehensive and constantly up-to-date systems, of private student accommodation in your area (Studentpad), as well as powerful systems for managing on-campus student halls (Hallpad). We also maintain a platform that provides landlords with information on legal issues, help and advice, in the area of student housing (Studentlandlord).
