Leadership Development: We are the leaders in Leadership Development with programs that cover a range of topics through powerful simulations and activities. Our offerings cover all areas of corporate training, from Campus - to - Corporate Onboarding to C-Suite Skills and Behaviours programs. Assessment Centres: We conduct extensive Assessment Centres to help assess and identify development needs for employees as well as help top talent grow to the next levels. Executive Coaching: We are also one of the leading Executive Coaching firms in India, working with clients across the world to help leaders develop and deliver at the highest levels. In our 13 year practice of over hours, we have seen much success, and have had the opportunity of working with very critical and complex projects, to deliver results. Innovation with Design Thinking: In the space of Innovation training and coaching, we continue to be the pioneers in Design Thinking and work with the widest range of clients across domains, industries and geographies. We conduct 2-hours overview workshops to 6-month journeys that can lead to innovation and change. We have also recently launched India’s first corporate program on Design Thinking augmented by AI. All our Design Thinking interventions are experiential and workplace related, addressing opportunities for innovation for business. These impact diverse areas like improving Employee Engagement and Experience to building products and services to transforming Client and Customer Experiences to improving DEI experiences at work.
