The Pancake Train Restaurant
At the Pancake Train we serve great food all day. Located a short drive from Hobart on the way to the Bruny Island Ferry you can't miss the Margate Train as you approach the village of Margate. We pride ourselves on making great pancakes. Why not try the traditional Bacon and Maple pancakes, served with slices of local Tasmanian apples and real organic Canadian Maple Syrup. The Margate Train is a great place to come for the day and explore the variety of exciting shops located on the site. Parents can relax in the gardens whilst sipping coffee and watch their children having a great time in the play area. The restaurant is open 9am to 5pm daily with breakfast until 10:30am.
