The Paparoa

The formation of The Paparoa Track New Zealand's first Great Walk in 25 years presents a unique opportunity to our region. 1) The track provides an opportunity for The Coast to leverage its natural beauty and continue its transition towards a more sustainable economy. 2) An opportunity to celebrate the large number of female adventure athletes our region has produced. We are working to produce curriculum to inspire boys and girls to be adventurous, resilient and brave. 3) We are creating New Zealand's Premier Mountain Race, MTB or Trail run - the event will be open to all, join us for a journey that is greater than the race itself.
