We work directly with employers and with their accountants, payroll function and financial advisers to help them through the new regulations and the onerous governance processes that need to be put in place to ensure that employers comply with the complex legislation. Unlike some other pension businesses, our services have been specifically designed with SME’s and Micro Businesses in mind. Our nationwide team of consultants provides local representation and through them we can both implement and administer qualifying Auto-Enrolment schemes at a very affordable cost. The message from The Pensions Regulator is clear and comes in two parts. “Firstly, do not under-estimate the task, both in the months leading up to ‘staging date’ and on every pay period date afterwards on an ongoing, permanent basis.” “Secondly, those employers who plan ahead will be better placed. There will be more than 1.3 million employers setting up pension schemes between the start of 2014 and the end of the process in 2018 and nearly all will require help.
