The Performance Institute is a non-partisan think tank committed to driving Performance Improvement in Government. As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we prioritize transparency and accountability across various facets of good government. Our initiatives span symposiums, conferences, forums, research, education, and workshops, covering areas such as Government Performance Management, Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Quality and Waste Reduction, Emotional Intelligence, Workforce Human Capital, Data Analytics, and Technology. Recognized by OMB's ExpectMore.gov as "the leading think tank in performance measurement for government," we've trained over government employees and contractors, offering certifications and CPEs. Additionally, we lead and facilitate a consortium of good government organizations on the Transitions in Governance project, shaping the next Administration's management agenda.
