The Performance Thinking Network has evolved from over 35 years of accelerating business results through the performance of people. We are driven by a life-long passion of the Founder to bring the discoveries of behavior science into practice. We rely on a few simple but critical principles: Remain Science-Based We are committed to the practical application of behavior science. Our methods and tools are derived from research and findings that have been demonstrated in the lab and through years of application. In addition, we teach our clients to use measurement to make decisions that will continuously improve results. Synthesize to Simplicity We believe that simplicity is more difficult to achieve than complexity, but well worth the effort. We constantly try to improve our communication and impact by synthesizing principles and concepts into simple visual models and plain language. Take A Systems View We view performance improvement and talent development as occurring as a result of multiple conditions, not in isolated events or silos. There are many factors that can either accelerate or obstruct performance. Because of this, we take a systems view of performance and work with our clients to optimize conditions for productivity and engagement.
