Our Pharmacists Jim and Sean take pride in always being accessible to patients and are happy to answer all of your prescription and over the counter medication questions. Our ultimate goal is to keep you and your loved ones healthy and happy. When you walk into our pharmacy you not only become a patient, you become part of our family. Jim Corkrean opened The Pharmacist on November 11th, 1991 with the goal of providing personal pharmaceutical services with compassion and kindness. Jim’s son Sean has worked with his father at the pharmacy since it opened when he was only seven years old. Ultimately, Sean followed in his father’s footsteps and achieved a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Charleston and returned home to continue working alongside his father. Jim and Sean believe there is much more to the practice of pharmacy than just accurately and efficiently filling prescriptions. They believe pharmacy is a profession that requires uncompromising integrity and professionalism. Jim and Sean believe trust is the fundamental component in achieving the best health outcomes in patients.
