The Phenomenal

The Phenomenal is an upcoming, digital chronicler of narratives of phenomenal people, especially women, doing outstanding work and standing as tall exemplars of their respective communities. As history or the lack of it is proof, more often than not, social and cultural biases influence depictions and even the most meticulous tellings have managed to omit groundbreakers from attribution. At The Phenomenal, our aim is to ensure spotlight on contemporary groundbreakers and their subjects; to enable awareness and inspiration by making voices and opinions heard, and shining enough light on margin folds so that they no longer remain on the periphery of consideration. In this effort, we will take you through journeys and point of views of the most relevant change-makers – who will be rendered in not just their ability to shake things up, but also in how they’re carving significant precedence in their respective fields/industries/sectors.
