At The Physio Co."better than baseline" is our ethos. Not only do we work with our patients to get them ‘back to normal’, but we rather, empower them to be better than before. We strive to facilitate more efficient movement patterns and look at the foundations of movement to prevent injuries from recurring or occurring in the first place. Often, it is these subconscious inefficient movement patterns that can hinder, delay or perpetuate pain. Analysing and identifying these problematic movement patterns and addressing them with the appropriate tools allows patients to move and perform better than before. The team at The Physio Co. are passionate about the human body and its interactions in all aspects of life. We understand body mechanics and function in a way that allows us to comprehensively assess and treat any muscular or joint issues that may be holding patients back.
