At The Pilates Experience you will learn traditional Pilates as well as modern and contemporary exercises based on today’s latest science and research in movement exercise giving the user a well rounded Pilates Reformer workout that is safe and effective in building a strong core. Our focus is on Pilates Reformer but Barre, Mat and Virtual Classes are offered for a well rounded workout experience. Registered Physiotherapist Services In Pilates Studio I am very excited to announce that I have partnered with a Registered Physiotherapist that will be onsite monthly to help me launch an active-based Physiotherapy treatment program. After the initial assessment you will receive a one-on-one custom exercise plan to help improve mobility.
