Who am I As an experienced consultant with 6 years of experience, I am catalyst in driving change management and process improvement. I have worked as a consultant in HR and Customer Experience. I am a dedicated project/program manager and I work diligently to manage expectations and competing priorities. I manage stakeholder interviews and expectations well and am always willing to assist in any capacity on a project that I am working on. I have expertise in data visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and program management. I am an effective and efficient communicator and I have very strong written communication. Why Me As someone who is experienced in large scale project management and change management, I am adept in a variety of skills that help me to successfully complete any project. I am someone who is a catalyst for change management and process improvement and I am well versed in acting a point of contact on a project while also preparing status reports and updating leadership on the progress of the project/program. I have regularly created and maintained dashboards and any number of trackers for projects that I work on.
