The Pittsburgh Fan

The Pittsburgh Fan opened its doors to the public in November of 2005 offering Steelers, Pirates, Penguins, Pitt Panthers, and Nittany Lions licensed apparel and merchandise for fans located in the Pittsburgh area and now with our website, for fans across the country. The Pittsburgh Fan has its humble beginnings on a street corner in Chicago, and more specifically a street corner across from Wrigley Field. This was the site of our first retail store which was opened in 1990 to supply Chicago sports fans with authentic licensed sports apparel. As fate would have it, an owner of Hi Tops Bar and Grill, which is also next to our store in Wrigleyville, opened up a new location in Pittsburgh across the street from PNC Park and noticed a For Sale sign in the window of the building next to him. We jumped at the opportunity to bring our passion for sports to the Pittsburgh area. We sell thousands of items of high quality officially licensed MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL merchandise for every professional team. Many of our customers have been shopping with us for years- as collectors, casual fans, and die hard fans. Many come to find gifts for family, friends, co-workers, classmates, and more for any and every occasion.
