We prove our dough for 72 hours to produce a delicious, highly digestible and balanced base. Combined with our fresh and high-quality Italian ingredients, and baked to perfection in our traditional clay oven, you won't find a more authentic pizza in London! We’re a friendly bunch, and we will always welcome you into our very cozy tiny restaurants. We are dreaming big, developing soon our franchising project to spread our good-quality know-how and positive values and vibes around this amazing city (and hopefully not only this).
