We undertake a variety of land development (land use and subdivision), coastal, resource consent and policy work. This includes preparing and processing plan changes and variations; structure plan work; rural character and landscape studies; preparing and lodging resource consent applications; presenting evidence for clients at Council hearings and the Environment Court. We can also provide due diligence and site suitability assessments; initial planning advice and assessment to landowners and prospective purchasers. Our people maintain excellent relationships with a wide range of specialist resource management sub-contractors. Where necessary, project teams can be formed and managed by our company.
