Mentoring to Flourish is not just the work I do, it is what I am all about. It is the very essence of who I am. A femtor. A female mentor supporting women. ‘Mentor’ originates from the Greek meaning trusted advisor, teacher, friend and wise person. I bring the cumulative wisdom of 20 years in the mentoring and coaching space to you. As a femtor I work with women. Women like you. Women who are ready to embrace the fuller expression of themselves and allow it to unfold. Women who want to flourish, so that all can flourish, together. Supporting women begins with the co-creation of space. A trusted space which is energised, comfortable and confidential. A space in which you can be totally you. Unpack your hopes and dreams. A space in which you can debrief, upskill, pivot or lean into a new challenge. At the heart of my work is relationship building and connection.
