We want to help create a world where- people have access to opportunities in a fair and equitable manner- social barriers that unduly impact some groups are lifted- employers that want to promote comprehensive inclusion and diversity in the workforce have the tools they need and access to a diverse candidate pool. To achieve our vision we see it as our mission to- Create a network of employers that want to promote diversity in their workforce - Create a network of members that are able to share who they are as a whole person and showcase abilities that may get passed over through other channels - Encourage inclusivity in all areas of our lives and careers - Provide a place for likeminded people and those facing similar challenges to connect and support each other's journeys towards meeting their goals
