As two professional women that started our careers in the healthcare field and now expanding into entrepreneurship, we started Positivity Clinic with the passion and mission to help people reach self-fulfillment by promoting positivity and healthy lifestyles through evidence-based public health interventions, education, and advocacy principles. We understand that when it comes to self-improvement and development, people have unique needs. We offer personalized solutions for our clients including individual and group health coaching, life coaching based on Oola principles, essential oil education, and peer support groups. Examples of what we can do for you include, but not limited to: preventing type 2 diabetes, developing resilience to reduce burnout, reducing emotional eating, educating on the benefits of essential oils, eliminating debt, finding and living your purpose, and identifying your strengths and weaknesses. Ultimately, we want to be a facilitator for people who desire a healthier, happier, balanced, and purposeful life. We motivate, inspire, support, and encourage people on achieving health and positive behavior change to meet their unique needs.
