The Powerhouse Project stands to the driving force for change. We exist to make sport a more equal space because we know that if we win in sport, we win in society. Our movement inspires, educates, enables and elevates our community to become Powerhouses and the sporting leaders of the future. We are resolute in our commitment to empowering every individual with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in the competitive world of sport, with a sharp focus coaches, players, media talent and pupils. A Powerhouse embodies three fundamental values: Purposeful, Passionate, Powerful. Purposeful - A Powerhouse is driven by creating a lasting impact in sport and in wider society through their own actions and also the people they help to develop. Passionate - A Powerhouse is committed to being the best person that they can be for themselves, their team and their community. Powerful - A Powerhouse knows their position as a leader and a role model and they use their status to teach positive values and behaviours.
