Welcome to The Project Lighthouse! Who we are Project Lighthouse is an international non-profit organization offering pro-bono consultation services to support and empower non-profit agencies that align with our vision and values. Founded with a passion for giving back and a desire to share our skills and talents to address capacity and programming issues to optimize impact on communities and society. What we do The founders of Project Lighthouse come from various private, public, and non-profit backgrounds with a cumulative 30+years of experience in transformational change and social justice issues. We work with organizations to identify their needs and determine how Project Lighthouse can collaboratively support them. We believe that success comes from collaborating and working together to solve problems. It comes from relationships built through active engagement, open sharing of information, mutual trust and respect. Working together we can develop strategies, capacity, resource-building activities, and support for implementing projects. Our team will conduct a needs analysis and work with organizational leads to determine how Project Lighthouse can collaboratively support the organization. Our success comes from people collaborating and working together to solve problems. It comes from relationships, active engagement, open sharing of information, mutual trust, and respect.
