The Property Gurus, LLC has a dual mission; to create an environment that drives the movement of social change from the grassroots level and to instill in communities a use of pride and empowerment. Our community involvement encompasses-Facilitating the rehabilitation of homes in the Detroit Metropolitan area- Investing in properties to effect change and rebuild communities-Creating contract opportunities for local residents to get involved in their community, while earning pay-Identifying ways to re-purpose materials during rehabs to promote a higher level of environmental conscientiousness-Promoting a sense of urgency among neighboring residents to take action where rehabs take place for the greater good of the community-Networking with community organizations to understand the varying needs of each community-Social events that promote volunteerism, fellowship, and neighborhood cleanups-Providing affordable home ownership options-Getting people excited about calling Detroit home again- Being the change people want to see in there communities.
