The Psych Collective

At The Psych Collective, it is our aim to offer actionable resources and teach real skills to help people make meaningful change in managing mental health issues, especially for those who can’t access other help. There are many other sites out there for mental illness, but they generally offer generic or superficial information. Our point of difference is that we have an emphasis on helping people have deeper understanding of their symptoms or conditions (alleviates chaos) and learn how to manage these symptoms (reduces burden) and tackle root causes. We use different modes to educate and empower depending on people's learning preferences including infographics, text, worksheets, handouts and video. We have an online assessment tool to assist with inundated doctors with gaining comprehensive background information to streamline the assessment process. All free.
