The Pumphouse Brewery

One of the oldest independent craft brewpubs in America, the Pumphouse was founded in 1996, and became employee-owned in 2022. We are a craft brewery, a full-service, high-volume restaurant, a sports bar, and a family destination. We are known locally for three things: an outstanding and ever-changing beer menu, boldly flavorful food cooked on site from scratch and served in large portions, and best-in-class hospitality. All employees get equity in the company, at no cost to them, and share in our profits. We believe in open-book management, so all employee-owners have access to detailed financial information, and are regularly updated on the company's financial and operational performance. We have a unique, performance-first hospitality culture at the Pumphouse. As employee-owners, we are accountable to each other.
