The Qpocproject

Our aim is to create an inclusive space for LGBTQ+ people of colour in the UK and abroad where we discuss how we navigate the cultural, political and social journey we go through as a community. This space is highly important due to a lack of QPOC spaces in LGBTQ+ organisations in the UK. There is no universal queer experience, our culture and our queerness shape our identity and how we choose to love ourselves and others. This is something The QPOCPROJECT offers, the opportunity to meet those who have walked a similar path, those who prove to us that we are in fact not alone, and those who inspire us to be most authentically ourselves.
