The Quoin Consultancy is a construction based health and safety consultancy specialising in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations; acting as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor; Asbestos Surveying; Health & Safety advice for building contractors and Fire Risk Assessments. The Quoin Consultancy was formed in 1995 following the introduction of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 which was destined to change the structure of health & safety risk management in the construction industry. Quoin was conceived to provide an independent health and safety service to all members of the construction team, from the Client and design team, through to advice for individuals working on site. Quoin is one of the most experienced specialist consultancies in this field, with over projects now completed or underway and is staffed by health & safety professionals with backgrounds in building design and construction management from the fields of architecture, engineering, contracting etc. We have successfully provided services across all construction sectors, from education to bridge building; from external redecorations and domestic extensions to whole town centre redevelopments and on projects ranging from to £120M.
