Originally designed as an advocacy agency for persons struggling with the disease of addiction, RASE has evolved into a unique and innovative Recovery Community Organization with an impeccable reputation that offers professional trainings, speaking engagements, groups, recovery coaching and other recovery support services such as, RASE House transitional therapeutic recovery housing, the Buprenorphine Coordinator Program and the Recovery Specialist Program to individuals living throughout Central Pennsylvania.
