The Real Minneapolis cultivates multi-generational hope, health and healing. We are public health ambassadors who address the most pressing needs of our under-resourced community. WE LISTEN The Real Minneapolis listens to what the community needs. We speak to actual people who live in the community. WE TAKE ACTION If we see a need, we fill it. We don't just talk about the need. We are establishing our 501c 3 non-profit status, and hope to be finalized soon!
