If you sign in this means you're a customer, you have your email address and we give you a password and you log. you're now at our dashboard page, and this shows you all of the different reviews you've gotten on Google and what rating they gave you. And then it also allows you to. Then go to your profile and edit your profile. Most of the time we fill this out for you and get everything set up for you. The first day you have service, we get your Google review link. Or if you are a hotel, we put you an Expedia and TripAdvisor as well, and possibly Zillow. If you're a real estate agent, the next thing we do is we set up your SMS, text messaging. We set up the apology first on. If the person isn't a hundred percent happy with your service and then we set up the different services and products you have that you want to send out and ask for ratings about. Now we go ahead and we add customer, we add your name, your phone number. Your cell phone number and your email address, and we don't collect any of this information. This is all your data. We don't ever plan to sell any data at any time and we don't collect your data. The message goes out to your customer saying, thank you for choosing us as the place you choose for your product or service. Then I ask all my customers to rate me a one, two or three to show them what happens on our service. When you get a bad review, it automatically sends an apology note to the customer that states, sorry, you didn't. Have did not have a hundred percent good time with the product or service.
