The Red Baobab

The Red Baobab is an integral development hub that brings together intelligences and resources from multiple fields to design human solutions for human dilemmas affecting leaders, businesses and communities. We are a multicultural group of collaborators who take a multidimensional approach to intercepting challenges, obstacles and narratives that might stand in the way of more nourishing work environments and richer relationships. Our programs aim to help clients carry out their visions, and are therefore carefully tailored to create meaningful and lasting change for their organizations. The Red Baobab is a space - a wide space - where people can come together to understand complex situations, build bridges and support the healthy unfolding of society. A portion of the companies profits are channeled towards providing accessible multi-media educational tools for inner development. Clients include DPR, Ogilvy, Veracyte and the LabZone. Under our previous brand Evolutiva, we worked with Microsoft, Pepsico, AON, LVMH, Booz, EBC, Bepensa and Cisco.
