The Red Thread Fellowship

The Red Thread Fellowship is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 2016 by Freddie Guilmard and Adrian Spurrell. Our aim is to build more caring and inclusive communities. We offer a yearlong leadership development programme to middle leaders. As part of the programme Fellows apply their new skills to a project that supports a local charity. Fellows must raise at least £500 for the charity. To date Fellows have raised over for charities in Milton Keynes, Oxford and Cambridge. The programme's only cost to organisations is 7 days throughout the year to release their leaders to attend the workshops and the equivalent of 1 hour a week to support the charity. Organisations gain highly skilled leaders and support their CSR. The programme is worth over and is offered at NO cost.
