Having suffered burn out following the birth of my child & an auto immune disease diagnosis. I found reflexology to be life changing in terms of pro-actively managing my health & wellbeing. It transformed my health for the better alleviating debilitating PMS symptoms every month, regulating my cycle, reducing my stress & anxiety and generally giving me a great sense of wellbeing and I want to replicate this for you.
