Since 1865, The Republic Hotel has hugged the corner of Pitt and Bridge Streets, at the heart of the Sydney CBD. Upstairs on Level 2, be transported to a world of indulgent opulence with Inna, an intimate late night cocktail lounge. Enjoy light bites paired with expertly crafted cocktails. On the third floor you’ll find Taylor’s Rooftop, lifting the lid on The Republic – you could say, Taylor’s loves going topless. With a bar and pizza oven all situated in an open-air haven, sit back, relax and enjoy a slice or three in style.
