The TRA Project Management Methodology is a framework that enables SAS and its customers to develop business compliance solutions quickly and successfully. Our consultants use this methodology to identify and manage key strategic and tactical issues that might occur during the project life cycle. It facilitates the development of a management blueprint for tracking the ultimate progress of the project. By rigorously managing project deliverables and timelines we can ensure that our projects stay on track and on budget. It is the responsibility of the Managing Consultant to see that these activities occur. TRA will deploy consultants to cover all aspects of the implementation, ranging from Project Management to Solution Configuration and Business Intelligence. Our consultants have been involved in a decent number of implementations covering the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Africa regions.
