In his experience, founder Rich Robledo discovered a lack of true customer service within existing real estate offices here in the Las Vegas market. With this knowledge, Rich set out to open a business where customer service comes first and closing deals comes second. He wanted to make sure his clients knew that no matter the outcome of their transaction, Rich and his team had done the absolute best thing for them. Acclaim Real Estate opened its doors in 2012, setting a new standard in customer service for Las Vegas.
