Modeled after the successful Asheville Project, The Root Cause implemented Diabetes Management Program is highlighting just how prevalent Type 2 Diabetes is and the enormous financial burden the disease will place on world governments if drastic measures are not taken to reduce the health impact of Type 2 Diabetes.
