The Complex has been renovated to provide opportunities for development of five businesses. Shop one is a Retail Shop with Liquor and variety of snacks. Shop two is rented by Mechanical Services which deals with Sales, Installation and Service of Air conditioners. Shop three is rented by RFC- Royale Fried Chicken and Pizza restaurant. Shop four is a night Club operating as Fusion Bar Shop five is a Tavern Bar operating as Anchor Bar. Across the street is a Hotel known as The Royale Lodge.
