The Running Effect

The Running Effect is a company driven to educate, enlighten, and motivate all runners who aspire to reach their potential in running and life. Running is the most participated sport worldwide. Track & Field is the #1 most participated sport in high school; combining Track & Field and Cross Country, over 1.5 million high schoolers participate yearly. Despite the sport's popularity, we have so few resources that market the sport and give its participants the necessary knowledge to succeed. The Running Effect is here to change that. We seek to be the solution to this problem. Through our interviews and content, we aim to provide the best information possible to each and every member of the running community. We continue to push the sport forward through our podcast interviews, along with many other exciting projects.
