The Safety Geek

The Safety Geek is an online resource focusing on coaching and training workplace safety managers. I believe that exceptional safety programs come from a clear understanding of how employee safety is a vital part of a successful organization. That safety is equal to all other departments and a keen focus on safety, not only makes everyone’s job easier but improves the results in all other departments. The Safety Geek website releases articles, podcasts, and videos regularly, offering free information, tools, and resources to help you improve your safety program. There are also occasional live streams, webinars, and masterclasses. Be sure to sign up for my twice weekly newsletters to get all the latest information. The Safety Geek online course focuses on how to create systems and processes in your program to make it run more efficiently while improving management support and employee involvement. This course teaches the Safety Management Cycle that can be applied to any hazard or safety issue. These tools help bridge the gap between safety, operations, and sales to bring clarity to how all of them are equally important for the success of the company.
