The Saksham Foundation

With a passion for education we as group of friends started visiting rural schools & conducting various workshops from 2014. Our first complete school kits were dispatched to Hemalkasa school & Karjat zp school in 2014-15. School kits are special & novel for rural children & we assemble it with our ownhands & in our group of friends & well-wishers. Students happy faces & encouraging response from teachers & parents made us traverse more on this enriching path & finally Saksham foundation was formed officially on 1, May 2019 to do something more sustainable & concrete. & Since inception there has been no pause in our work & we continue to strive to support education & medical needs. Our Mission at Saksham has always been to support Quality Education for the underprivileged in Rural areas, with the focus on -overall ‘Personality development along with Nurturing & developing Creativity in students’.
