THE SALISBURY PRACTICE LTD is a small, private Psychology practice in Salisbury. Experienced Practitioners work together with our dedicated administrative team to provide an individually tailored and swift service with warmth, confidentiality, and professionalism at its heart. We work with adults and children offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),(CBT-E for eating disorders) Family & Couples Therapy, EMDR and Clinical Psychology appointments. We offer Ecotherapy sessions for those who prefer talking outside and using nature, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, amongst other evidence based options. We can dovetail different approaches, working together when needed. Our approaches can be focussed on supporting you with issues which have arisen recently such as a recent depression, stress or anxiety but we also offer specific options for longer standing issues which might be affecting the experience of relationships or causing long held painful beliefs and responses which affect well-being.
