The Sam White Legacy
The Sam White Legacy is a registered charity 1156441. It's purpose is to raise funds to support research, understanding and treatments in brain tumours, especially in children and young adults. Aiming to improve many aspects of survivorship. Sam died from the effects of his tumour in September 2013 and left us with his expectation that his work in improving these things should continue. The legacy supports research at the CBTRC in Nottingham and patients and their families receiving treatment at the Queens Medical Centre Nottingham. We raise funds by various means and are fortunate in the support we receive enabling the legacy to support a much underfunded area of clinical research.
